Product was damaged in the box. Mister moto asked for me to replace the part myself if they could send one out. Which I did. Second ride, another broken part. Had to then take it to a service garage about 1/2 hour away which took about 2 weeks to get the part and fixed. Once we got it back, the product is super fun. Not sure if I would get another due to the faulty product.
This was incredible....we had a part that was broken and Monster Moto replaced it within a couple of days, no hassle.
