Bought the e-1000 bike on Black Friday in Hawaii. We wrapped the box as a Christmas gift for my son. When he finally opened the box, it was missing a whole bunch of parts! The manual, charger, plates, screws, bolts, thing to strap the handle bars to the bike, etc. He could not play with his gift in Christmas. I contacted the company next day to get the missing parts since the place we bought it at in Hawaii only had this bike as a Black Friday promo and we could not get a refunding. It took a month and a half later to receive all missing parts through 3 shipments. Overall, the bike runs well and I had no issues with customer service other than the wait time. Honestly, I took off two stars because I do not understand how you could box up a merchandise while missing a whole bunch of parts... lesson learned to check boxes items for all parts and assemble it ready to go on Christmas.
